Shipping & Notifications

All items are shipped within 5-7 business days after your order is placed & and are shipped via USPS. 

Email confirmation of your order is sent as soon as your order is placed. Also note this email may not reflect our current turnaround time. Please reference this number when asking us about your order. Please ensure all personal information is correct upon checkout.

Cancellation/Return and Exchanges

Unless there is an issue with the item that resulted from my error, all items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange (due to hygiene) Please read the description in the listing prior to purchase.  We are not responsible if you did not read the description. Mrs. Mark Kendrick Design is not responsible for sizing errors.

Hat Size

One size fits most and can be adjusted to fit smaller/tighter. 

Hat Sizing Tape This is not included with your purchase.  However, should you still need to make the hat fit tighter, there is Foam Hat Tape that you can purchase (google it) and is an easy solution. The foam hat tape with self-adhesive back to shrink hat size, can be used for fedoras, baseball cap, cowboy, western, panama hats or any other headwear with a sweatband. Look for these dimensions: 0.75” wide, 3 mm thick (1/8”). 

How To Care For Your Hat

Do not bend, pick or pull on the art. Do not get your hat extremely wet; some raindrops or light snow will not damage your hat but submerging it in water may cause your hat to loose its shape. If your hat gets wet, leave it on a flat surface to air dry completely. 

Spot clean only! Use a lint free damp cloth to gently clean your hat. Do not put it in the wash or dishwasher. When not wearing your hat, hang it on the wall or a hat hook! If you'd like to dust your hat, use a blowdryer on COOL air to remove any debris. Enjoy it! Wear it! it's meant to be worn and enjoyed!
